IOTA 3120 is a premium methyl phenyl vinyl silicone rubber gum engineered for demanding and extreme operating conditions. By incorporating phenyl groups into the silicone polymer backbone, this material offers enhanced low-temperature flexibility, improved damping behavior, superior radiation resistance, and stable mechanical performance compared with conventional methyl vinyl silicone rubber.

The rubber maintains elasticity and flexibility at ultra-low temperatures down to –110°C, effectively reducing the risk of brittleness or performance loss in cold environments. In addition, its low compression set, excellent thermal stability, low volatility, and odor-free characteristics ensure long-term reliability and consistent quality during storage and use.
