In these systems, IOTA 3000 effectively reduces surface tension, improves leveling, while not causing foam problems.
Suitable for various solvent-based coatings and inks. Recommended addition amount is 0.05%-0.5% of the total formulation. In oil-based systems, it provides good slip and scratch resistance, while maintaining good compatibility with the system without causing haze or turbidity.
Suitable for 100% solid content systems, such as epoxy self-leveling flooring, solvent-free UV coatings, etc. Recommended addition amount is 0.3%-1% of the total formulation. In these demanding systems, it effectively controls leveling without affecting other system properties.
IOTA 3000 should be added during the paint adjustment stage of the production process to ensure uniform dispersion. It can be added directly as stock solution or diluted with appropriate solvent before use. Preliminary small-scale tests are recommended to determine the optimal addition amount and compatibility.
Ensure thorough stirring before use to achieve uniformity. After addition, sufficient stirring time and intensity must be guaranteed to completely disperse the leveling agent throughout the system.
The product is available in various packaging forms: 25Kg plastic square barrels, 25Kg iron barrels, 200Kg plastic barrels, and 200Kg iron barrels. During storage, keep sealed in an environment of 5-40°C, avoiding high temperature and direct sunlight. The shelf life is 24 months from the production date.
