IOTA 2030 is a reactive double-ended hydroxypropyl silicone oil engineered for polymer modification. With terminal hydroxyl groups (-OH), it actively integrates into polyurethane, polyester, and epoxy systems to create high-performance hybrid materials.

Applications

1. Anti-Graffiti Coatings: Enables peelable graffiti resistance in solvent-based coatings

2. Polymer Modification: Replaces 3%-30% polyols in synthesizing:

   • Silicone-polyurethane block copolymers

   • Silicone-polyester block copolymers

3. Release Agents: 3%-20% dosage for molds in silicone rubber/PU processing
