IOTA-2307 is a high-performance silicone modifier with an active trimethoxysilane group at one end of its molecular structure and an inert pendant chain segment at the other end. The product has a uniform composition and does not contain a ring body. It is suitable for surface treatment of inorganic powders (such as white carbon black, titanium dioxide, carbon black, etc.), which can significantly improve the compatibility of fillers with silicone resins and silicone rubbers, prevent silicone oil from free precipitation, and enhance material stability.

Optional molecular weight: 1000, 3000, 5000 and other specifications are available, with a viscosity range of 10-100 mPa·s.


Excellent interface modification ability: the active end is bonded to the inorganic filler, and the inert end forms a hydrophobic layer to improve dispersibility.


Catalyst compatibility: It can be used with tin catalysts and reacts quickly at room temperature.


Typical applications
Inorganic filler modification: used for treating white carbon black, pigments, etc. to improve their dispersibility and mechanical properties in silicone rubber.


Composite material reinforcement: as a compatibilizer, it reduces filler agglomeration and optimizes the aging resistance of silicone resin systems.
